Example tests are broken

The examples in index.html which don't have any complex geometry are failing.

When I run the index.html file in the zip for 0.5, the first two ref tests fail.
The only ones which pass are the ones which only have a black background. The first time I ran this, it gave me the impression the ref testing didn't actually work.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
I was only using test code which produced 100x100 black canvases, those included tests exist to prove my various methods of loading were successful that's why I kept the tests the same.
